One of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most prominent commerical real estiate provider over the past 25 years, works closely with clients in the sale and purchase of prominent estates, penthouses and investment properties. They have listed some of the most expensive homes in America, including the historic 35,000 square foot Tobin Clark Estate in Hillsborough, and worked on the sale of some of the Bay Area’s most exceptional properties, several of which have been featured in Architectural Digest and many other design and lifestyle publications.

Business Challenge

This real estate agency was having challenges getting sales due to stiff competition and economy changes. Agency owner soon realised that their old brochure website needed an upgrade to help them promote their new image and to attract new customers (both buyers and sellers). He also wanted to offer his clients extra services that would help them sell their properties.

Currently the agency was getting the majority of their new leads from referrals, and while they were happy with this, they also wanted to maximise their online presence to start attracting prospects through their website. Also wanted to position the company as experts in local property investment as a strategy for converting leads into clients, and to value add for their current clients to help them sell their properties and build their loyalty so they use the agency's services again.

Solution

Sykasys had taken the challenge and provided web application which met client's expectation using the latest version of the WordPress platform. Sykasys had created a web application consists the role like Super Admin and property owner.
We provided a solution to the challenge by developing a custom functionality that would enable admin to gather booking details on the call and fill them for the clients who are unaware of technical stuffs. For final payment stage only, the client will have to login and enter the confidential banking related information for the successful transaction.

Hence property owners post photoshoot will receive the breathtaking aerial views to 360′ interior tours, and movie like produced lifestyle videos into their account and they can post/share them on social media channels and MLS.Photographers gets access to system just to set their weeks’ time availability so that they can be booked by the property owners for the shoot.

They can also see Complete Dynamic Reports that have been generated by using the charts to represent data which displays the response that user has received by posting property on social media channels.
