Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and help resolve workplace issues
- Organize training sessions, engagement activities, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
