Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager – Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and project coordination. This role combines strategic project management with hands-on recruitment responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of planning and executing hiring projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality closures across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment projects for multiple departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Track recruitment KPIs and ensure positions are filled within defined timelines
- Develop and optimize hiring strategies for different roles and levels
- Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools
- Manage recruitment campaigns, walk-ins, and bulk hiring projects if needed
- Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and/or managing hiring projects
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle pressure
- Experience with ATS, job boards, and recruiting software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to hiring in IT, BPO, or volume hiring projects
- Experience in recruitment analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana
